HTP Analytical QC Associate Scientist

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine analytical and QC testing to evaluate protein identity, purity, and quality attributes
• Execute protein characterization assays including HPLC/UPLC, CE, SDS-PAGE, Western blot, LC-MS, and endotoxin assays
• Prepare samples, reagents, buffers, and standards according to established protocols
• Perform sample preparation workflows using automated liquid handling systems
• Analyze and document experimental data in ELN or LIMS following ALCOA+ principles
• Support method troubleshooting, optimization, and instrument maintenance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project timelines

Requirements

• BS or MS in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in protein analytical characterization or QC
• Hands-on experience with HPLC/UPLC, CE, SDS-PAGE, Western blot, LC-MS, or endotoxin assays
• Familiarity with protein characterization workflows (purity, aggregation, identity)
• Experience with laboratory data systems like ELN or LIMS
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a CRO/CDMO or regulated QC environment
