About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver annual sales targets for the assigned territory across the HST portfolio, including surgical tables, lights, pendants, and digital integration systems.
  • Manage and develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, engineers, hospital administration, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Lead the preparation and execution of commercial proposals, ensuring technical compliance and competitive financial offerings.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurate forecasting within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Applications, Marketing, and Service teams to coordinate product trials, demonstrations, and installations.
  • Drive market penetration by identifying new business opportunities and monitoring customer needs.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with medical device industry regulations and company ethics policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of proven success in medical device sales, specifically with OR capital equipment.
  • Deep knowledge of the Operating Room (OR) environment and surgical workflows.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills for complex medical device deals.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical and financial data.
  • Fluency in both English and French is required.
  • An existing professional network of hospital administrators and KOLs.
