Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational activities, personnel, and scheduling alongside Group Managers
• Conduct systematic quality and business development
• Ensure compliance with agreements, assignments, and regulations
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers, employees, and relatives
• Manage finances and budgets related to the operations
• Ensure occupancy levels based on budget and set goals
• Collaborate with support functions within the group

Requirements

• University degree as a Registered Nurse or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within healthcare and/or social care
• Experience with budgeting and financial analysis
• Excellent proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Valid B-driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within private care services
• Experience leading operations through development and change
• Experience working in a large organization or a high-growth company
