HSES Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and manage safety, health, environmental, and security programs for the Franklin site.
• Investigate incidents and near misses, conducting root cause analyses to implement corrective actions.
• Collect and analyze safety performance measures to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with government safety and health laws, industrial hygiene standards, and environmental regulatory permits.
• Provide technical support and interpretation of HSES standards, laws, and customer requirements.
• Manage Workers' Compensation claims in coordination with corporate legal and HSES teams.
• Collaborate with global divisional leadership to leverage best practices and tools.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management and compliance.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulatory requirements, manufacturing, and ergonomics.
• Certifications in Industrial Hygiene (CIH) and/or Safety (CSP).
• Familiarity with OSHA recording practices and workers' compensation.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a technical major.
• Working knowledge of cleanroom manufacturing and ISO 13485 regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a "can-do" attitude.
