HSEQ Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage Health and Safety through staff induction, PPE supervision, field inspections, and incident investigations.
• Oversee critical work controls including working at heights, electrical handling, and material lifting.
• Manage Environmental standards by controlling waste, dust, noise, emissions, and the protection of local flora and fauna.
• Ensure Quality control through material inspections (panels, inverters, structures) and verification of installations such as bolt torque and electrical connections.
• Maintain rigorous documentary control including all necessary formats, records, and checklists.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field.
• Mexican nationality and residency within the Mexican Republic.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSEQ roles specifically within solar construction projects in Mexico.
• Immediate availability to start working.
