HSEQ Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure HSEQ deliverables are met
• Develop and maintain project HSEQ documentation including HSE, QA, and Emergency Preparedness Plans
• Lead or participate in project incident and NCR investigations
• Conduct project and supplier audits
• Support project and company compliance with legislation, policies, and best practices
• Attend vessels during project mobilisation and demobilisation activities
• Chair and facilitate HAZID and risk assessment meetings
• Maintain project risk registers and review project documentation
• Support the HSEQ Department with documentation updates, tender inputs, and personnel onboarding

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in HSEQ, preferably in energy or offshore marine environments
• Post-secondary education in a Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality discipline
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018
• Experience with HSEQ incident investigations and audits
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Document Control Systems
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and attention to detail skills
