Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure HSEQ deliverables are met
- Develop and maintain project HSEQ documentation including HSE, QA, and Emergency Preparedness Plans
- Lead or participate in project incident and NCR investigations
- Conduct project and supplier audits
- Support project and company compliance with legislation, policies, and best practices
- Attend vessels during project mobilisation and demobilisation activities
- Chair and facilitate HAZID and risk assessment meetings
- Maintain project risk registers and review project documentation
- Support the HSEQ Department with documentation updates, tender inputs, and personnel onboarding
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in HSEQ, preferably in energy or offshore marine environments
- Post-secondary education in a Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality discipline
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018
- Experience with HSEQ incident investigations and audits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Document Control Systems
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and attention to detail skills
