About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop Process Risk Analysis (PRA) in reaction, distillation, storage, and packaging areas
- Identify physicochemical, mechanical, and human risks through frequency and severity analysis
- Create technical recommendations, prioritized action plans, and risk matrices
- Conduct internal audits and provide operational support to ensure industrial safety compliance
- Generate executive reports and presentations for technical committees
- Train key personnel in process risk management and HSE best practices
- Propose improvements in processes, practices, and preventive controls
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to validate information and review installations
Requirements
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Safety, or related field
- Extensive experience in the chemical industry (reaction, distillation, storage, and packaging)
- Proven experience in audits, PRA, and operational technical advisory
- Ability to generate technical reports and action plans
- English proficiency at B2 or C1 level
- Knowledge of OSHA 1910.119, NFPA, EPA, ISO 45001, and national legislation is desirable
