HSE & Works Manager

Responsibilities

• Structure and lead risk prevention initiatives, including managing external company interventions and prevention plans.
• Implement environmental protection measures, including waste management, recycling tracking, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive HSE awareness and training programs across the group to foster a shared culture of safety.
• Manage incident and accident reporting, conducting investigations and implementing corrective action plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for technical installations and manage mandatory periodic inspections.
• Supervise facility renovation and layout projects, integrating HSE requirements from the design phase through to completion.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in HSE, QHSE, or a related field.
• Approximately 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
• Deep mastery of HSE regulations and risk prevention methodologies.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Basic proficiency in Spanish.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time (France, Spain, and internationally).
• Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and the ability to influence teams through pedagogy.

• Experience working within industrial or retail environments.
