About the role
Responsibilities
- Structure and lead risk prevention initiatives, including managing external company interventions and prevention plans.
- Implement environmental protection measures, including waste management, recycling tracking, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive HSE awareness and training programs across the group to foster a shared culture of safety.
- Manage incident and accident reporting, conducting investigations and implementing corrective action plans.
- Ensure regulatory compliance for technical installations and manage mandatory periodic inspections.
- Supervise facility renovation and layout projects, integrating HSE requirements from the design phase through to completion.
Requirements
- Higher education degree in HSE, QHSE, or a related field.
- Approximately 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
- Deep mastery of HSE regulations and risk prevention methodologies.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Basic proficiency in Spanish.
- Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time (France, Spain, and internationally).
- Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and the ability to influence teams through pedagogy.
