HSE Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and occupational health policies and programs.
• Support operational areas in establishing and maintaining applicable safety and health controls.
• Direct the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the HSE management system.
• Train internal personnel and contractors on safety protocols.
• Conduct periodic meetings with contractors regarding health, safety, and environmental processes.
• Participate actively in incident and accident investigations alongside leadership.
• Prepare technical reports, procedures, and instructions.
• Audit supplier management systems and ensure equipment certifications are up to date.
• Monitor and execute prevention activity programs.

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Licenciatura, or Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proven experience in operations and management systems.
• Ability to work on a 7x7 rotation schedule in oil fields located in Neuquén.
