HSE Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Verify compliance and proper use of PPE (EPI) and collective protection equipment (EPC)
• Inspect the compliance of equipment and machinery on site
• Lead and follow up on field safety briefings (causeries)
• Identify and report good practices and dangerous events to the QHSE department and client
• Monitor work permits, operating procedures, and lockout/tagout (consignation) procedures
• Manage coactivity and coordination between different companies and subcontractors on site
• Assist in implementing, coordinating, and closing out corrective actions

Requirements

• Degree (Bac +2 to Bac +5) in HSE, QHSE, Industrial Risks, or an equivalent technical field
• Experience in field safety animation and risk analysis
• Proficiency in HSE control, documentation management, and reporting
• Strong communication skills to interface with multiple stakeholders
• Rigor, analytical mindset, and a strong sense of service

Preferred Qualifications

• SST (First Aid) certification
• ATEX certification
• Electrical authorization (habilitation électrique)
• Working at heights or ARI certification
• CACES machinery certification
