HSE Supervisor PV

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site supervision of health, safety, and environmental compliance during construction activities.
• Monitor subcontractor compliance with HSE procedures and safety requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety observations.
• Support the implementation of HSE plans, procedures, and company standards.
• Identify, report, and follow up on incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
• Participate in HSE coordination meetings and toolbox talks.
• Verify compliance with local regulations, OSHA standards, and project safety requirements.
• Support audits, inspections, and project safety reporting.

Requirements

• Technical background in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HSE supervision within construction or energy projects.
• Knowledge of U.S. HSE regulations and OSHA standards.
• Direct site execution experience.
• Professional English fluency (Spanish language skills are valued).
• Valid U.S. work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Photovoltaic (PV) plants, substations, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
