HSE Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Perform daily plant-wide inspections to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company ESH policies.
• Conduct HSE training and briefings for new and existing employees to build safety awareness.
• Review JSA and HIRAC for all site activities.
• Coordinate, analyze, and follow up on incident reporting and accident investigations.
• Plan and execute performance monitoring programs in compliance with DOSH and DOE requirements.
• Lead the emergency response team and provide assistance during emergency situations.
• Evaluate projects to ensure all safety requirements are met.
• Manage the security guard team and monitor CCTV performance, liaising with contractors for technical issues.
• Assist the HSE Manager in reviewing policies to maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HSE compliance and incident investigation.
• Strong knowledge of JSA (Job Safety Analysis) and HIRAC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control).
• Familiarity with DOSH and DOE regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Ability to lead emergency response efforts.
• Experience in security team management and CCTV monitoring.
