About the role

Responsibilities

  • Establish, review, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and environmental/safety impact registers.
  • Monitor and compile RKL-RPL reports semesterly to ensure alignment with AMDAL/UKL-UPL environmental impact assessments.
  • Execute the PROPER Green Award roadmap and ensure data accuracy within the SIMPEL KLH system.
  • Liaise with government officials (KLH/DLH) and local communities regarding empowerment programs.
  • Conduct regular site walkthroughs and Workplace Risk Assessments to identify hazards, pollution, and chemical handling risks.
  • Develop and deliver environmental training, socialization materials, and awareness campaigns for factory employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Safety and Health, Environmental Engineering, or related Engineering (Electric, Mechanical, Industrial).
  • Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in a manufacturing or construction environment.
  • Mandatory Ahli K3 Umum Kemnaker certification.
  • Strong understanding of safety, health, and environmental management principles and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Proficient in English (both speaking and writing).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to interact with employees at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SMK3 Auditor certification.
  • Environmental Certifications (PPPA, PPPU, or PLB3).
  • Ability to speak Korean.
