HSE Specialist

Responsibilities

• Implement and further develop local HSE strategies and ensure compliance with legal regulations
• Serve as the occupational safety expert (Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit) for the Westeregeln site
• Conduct risk analyses, site inspections, and safety training sessions
• Monitor and follow up on implemented safety measures
• Collaborate with internal and external partners, including company doctors, service providers, and authorities
• Utilize HSE systems (e.g., ODISEO, ENHESA) for documentation and data evaluation

Requirements

• Qualification as a Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (ASiG)
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the HSE field
• Strong communication skills, independence, and a sense of responsibility
• Structured working style with a hands-on mentality
• Very good German language skills (minimum C1)
• Good English language skills (minimum B1)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the manufacturing or processing industry
