Responsibilities

• Translate corporate HSE policies into actionable operational plans for distribution centers and delivery hubs
• Lead comprehensive risk assessments (DUERP), internal audits, and incident investigations
• Ensure site adherence to French labor (Code du Travail) and environmental regulations
• Conduct workplace inspections and coach operational leads on hazard identification
• Utilize process management methodologies to optimize safety workflows
• Guide teams through organizational shifts to maintain HSE standards during growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
• 3–5 years of HSE experience in distribution, warehouse, or logistics environments
• In-depth knowledge of French HSE legislation (Code du Travail, CACES, ERP/ERT, ICPE)
• Proficiency in French and English
• Valid driver's license and availability to travel
• Proven affinity for road safety and fleet management

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in HSE
• Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 45001, 14001)
