Responsibilities

• Promote HSE Standards: Put into practice and uphold health, safety, and environmental policies by performing regular inspections and risk assessments
• Support Safety Training and Incident Management: Assist in developing and delivering safety training programs and participate in incident investigations to identify root causes
• Manage HSE Documentation: Maintain all necessary safety records and documentation, including incident reports, training logs, and inspection checklists
• Contribute to Environmental Sustainability: Actively participate in initiatives to reduce the company's environmental footprint, such as waste reduction and energy conservation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, pharmaceutical, or science
• 0-3 years of experience in HSE role, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or pharmaceutical settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Very good command of English language (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook)
