HSE Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage risk assessments for customer and supplier sites (DUVRI) to authorize external activities and visits
• Support the development and updating of SPP documentation, including DVR, DUVRI, procedures, and emergency plans
• Participate in risk assessments and define prevention and protection measures
• Oversee the operational management of mandatory HSE training
• Conduct field audits, inspections, and compliance checks, including non-compliance reporting
• Collaborate with RSPP, RLS, and management to improve safety performance
• Support the collection and analysis of HSE KPIs, incidents, and near-misses
• Manage PPE and lead staff awareness-raising activities
• Utilize software to manage employee records, PPE, DVR, and staff training

Requirements

• Training compliant with State-Regions Agreement Modules A and B (or willingness to undergo training)
• Previous HSE experience within industrial or technical contexts
• Strong knowledge of Legislative Decree 81/08 and main safety regulations
• Proficiency in English
• Strong risk analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Simple do software is a plus
• Ability to work in the field and collaborate across various company functions
