HSE Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site HSE audits, inspections, and tower climbs to ensure compliance
• Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and emergency drills
• Monitor compliance with PPE, working at heights, LOTO, and environmental controls
• Investigate incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
• Maintain accurate HSE documentation and reporting for audits
• Collaborate with Field Managers to identify risks and drive solutions

Requirements

• Wind industry background (onshore wind experience essential)
• Knowledge of OSHA, HSE compliance, audits, and incident reporting
• Ability and willingness to climb towers and work in rugged field conditions
• Physically fit and committed to safe practices
• Full-time office presence required in Denton, Texas
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

• GWO BST/ART certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
• Relevant HSE certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH
