HSE Specialist

Responsibilities

• Improve Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) performance and Corporate Responsibility through governance and risk management.
• Deploy HSE training, audits, and performance improvement programs to local business units.
• Analyze HSE data and report on progress regarding Sustainability Objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor emerging HSE legislation and ensure regulatory compliance within the assigned geography.
• Conduct audits as per the Group Audit Program and support the follow-up of improvement actions.
• Drive behavioral change and continuous improvement through training and competence initiatives.
• Plan and execute HSE and Corporate Responsibility related projects, managing resources and objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant OHS/HSE practical experience, preferably within an international company.
• National or international certificate/diploma in HSE/OHS.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Internal auditor certification.
• Fluency in English with the ability to communicate effectively across different organizational levels.
• Understanding of mechanical service processes and the ability to identify operational risks.
• Interest in working within mechanical environments, including workshops and customer sites (Marine, O&G, and power generation).
