HSE Site Prevention Officer

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the safety of people and property and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Evaluate operating methods and conduct thorough risk analyses
• Draft prevention plans and perform safety inductions for site personnel
• Monitor site compliance regarding certifications and the use of PPE
• Manage risks related to co-activity through daily site inspections and tours
• Conduct safety briefings (causeries) and audits to reinforce best practices
• Oversee site cleanliness, storage, signage, and pedestrian zone respect
• Implement and continuously improve a proactive safety culture

Requirements

• Bac+3 degree in QHSE (Quality, Hygiene, Safety, and Environment)
• 10 years of experience on TCE (All Trades) construction sites
• Proven experience in a site-based role is mandatory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills and a rigorous approach to safety rules
• Excellent pedagogical skills and ability to work effectively within a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the pharmaceutical sector
