HSE Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Design, author, and optimize comprehensive corporate HSE procedures and policies
• Create practical implementation guides, templates, and field tools for site-level teams
• Track and translate emerging global and local HSE regulations into actionable standards
• Partner with operations, legal, and executive stakeholders to integrate safety protocols
• Maintain the core elements of the corporate HSE Management System
• Deliver technical support and troubleshooting expertise to business units
• Develop and track KPIs to measure program execution and compliance
• Collaborate with training teams to build standardized HSE training modules

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or related technical discipline
• 7+ years of progressive HSE experience
• 2+ years in a corporate-level role focused on program management or technical writing
• Exceptional ability to transform complex regulatory codes into operational manuals
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or OSHA VPP
• Comprehensive command of US OSHA, EPA, and major international HSE legal structures
• Proven track record of managing complex program rollouts

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, or Industrial Hygiene
• Professional credentials such as CSP, CIH, CPEA, or ISO Lead Auditor certification
• Experience administering modern HSE software platforms (EHS-MIS)
