Responsibilities

• Facilitate implementation of HSE policies and programs while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal procedures
• Oversee safety work permits before operations and monitor environmental measurements
• Establish internal audits and self-inspection programs, follow up on findings, and implement corrective actions
• Maintain and update emergency plans, conduct drills, and lead investigations of incidents to identify root causes
• Train employees on HSE practices, manage PPE and first aid readiness, and ensure contractor compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor degree of Engineering, Science, or Pharmacy
• 4–6 years of experience in HSE management
• Strong knowledge of HSE laws, regulations, and safety systems
• Experience in risk assessment, audits, and incident investigation
• Preferably residing in 10th of Ramadan Zone
