HSE Professional

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of HSE policies and programs to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal procedures
• Oversee safety work permits before operations and monitor environmental measurements such as noise, light, and energy
• Establish internal audits and self-inspection programs, follow up on findings, and implement corrective actions
• Maintain and update emergency plans, conduct drills, and lead investigations of incidents to identify root causes and preventive actions
• Train employees on HSE practices, manage PPE and first aid readiness, and ensure contractors comply with all HSE requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Pharmacy
• 4–6 years of experience in HSE management
• Strong knowledge of HSE laws, regulations, and safety systems
• Proven experience in risk assessment, audits, and incident investigation
• Preference given to candidates residing in the 10th of Ramadan Zone
