HSE Process Safety Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the site HSE/PSM culture to drive toward zero injuries and incidents
• Define and implement key performance indicators to elevate safety excellence
• Provide technical and compliance expertise to business leadership and personnel
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local HSE/PSM regulations
• Oversee and direct Emergency Response activities and readiness
• Manage and develop a team of direct reports to prevent environmental releases
• Support corporate sustainability initiatives and technical committees
• Provide strategic direction for product stewardship within the country

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Safety, Chemicals, or Process engineering
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or chemical/hazardous materials operations
• 5+ years of professional experience in Process Safety and Environmental Management
• Deep knowledge of OSHA standards, PSM regulations, and HazMat compliance
• ISO 9001/14001/45001 auditor certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
• Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM)
• Certified Process Safety Professional (CCPSC)
