About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage prevention plans for all external companies on-site
- Conduct in-depth risk analyses following rigorous industrial standards
- Orchestrate co-activity between different companies on the construction site to ensure synergy and safety
- Implement and maintain 5S methodology to ensure a clean and safe workspace
- Act as a field advisor to sensitize and enforce safety instructions among workers
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of field HSE experience (Senior level)
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in the automotive sector or large-scale industrial projects
- Expertise in risk analysis and prevention plan management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage external contractors firmly and professionally
