HSE Preventer/Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure the daily application of HSE practices and risk prevention on client industrial installations
• Conduct safety briefings (causeries), risk analyses, inspections, and emergency drills
• Monitor compliance with work authorization processes for all personnel
• Participate in investigations following HSE incidents
• Draft daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports
• Lead meetings for Specific Prevention Plans
• Verify the consistency of operating procedures against declared works
• Inspect fire fighting and safety equipment
• Plan and participate in emergency response exercises

Requirements

• Degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in the HSE field
• Minimum of 3 years of significant experience in an industrial setting
• Experience in the petrochemical or chemical sector is preferred
• Strong analytical skills, rigor, and a service-oriented mindset
• Ability to interface effectively with multiple stakeholders
