HSE Preventer

Responsibilities

• Manage the QHSE system by communicating safety updates, corrective actions, and conducting safety briefings (causeries) with staff.
• Perform in-depth analyses of significant events, including accidents, incidents, and near-misses.
• Develop and implement risk analyses, prevention plans, and operating procedures.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety protocols, work permits, equipment standards, and PPE usage.
• Monitor HSE performance indicators and record corrective actions resulting from audits or field observations.
• Exercise authority to stop work in the event of identified risks or non-compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bac +2 degree in QHSE or a minimum of 3 years of significant experience in HSE.
• Strong industrial culture and technical background in hygiene, safety, or industrial risks.
• Field-oriented mindset with a strong desire to work on-site.
• Methodical, organized, and possessing strong common sense.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with operational teams.
