HSE Plant Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead plant-wide health, safety, and environmental programs to meet regulatory and company standards
• Implement and maintain HSE management systems and ensure timely closure of corrective actions
• Conduct safety audits, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Facilitate root-cause investigations for incidents and near misses to implement preventive solutions
• Oversee and coach HSE support staff and partner with leadership on safety strategy
• Promote a proactive safety culture through training, meetings, and employee engagement
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure plant compliance with all state and federal HSE requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Safety, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, environmental regulations, and incident investigation practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
