HSE Officer

Responsibilities

• Ensure communication of HSE messages through safety talks and briefings
• Manage and follow up on incident reports, field investigations, and dangerous situations
• Maintain and update safety documentation including procedures, instructions, and job sheets
• Consolidate the HSE action plan following risk analysis and DUERP updates
• Participate in chemical risk analysis on site

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) in HSE or Engineering with a specialization in chemical risks
• Intermediate professional English
• Autonomous, rigorous, reliable, and organized
• Strong oral communication skills and willingness to work in the field
• Knowledge of control laboratories or pharmaceutical environments is a plus
