HSE Officer

Responsibilities

• Implement safety protocols and environmental standards to ensure site activities comply with project, corporate, and client requirements.
• Maintain a 100% presence at the worksite to monitor all ongoing activities and ensure compliance.
• Proactively implement Saipem and Client HSE requirements at the site level.
• Intervene and stop any unsafe work through a hands-on approach at the worksite.
• Collaborate effectively with site team members, clients, and subcontractors using strong interpersonal skills.
• Assist with emergency response actions as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety, a Technical field, or a similar discipline.
• 2 to 3 years of HSE experience in the Oil and Gas or EPC sectors.
• Mastery of the Aramco Construction Safety Manual (CSM).
• NEBOSH certification or a similar professional safety qualification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing Aramco Approval (e.g., SAP# or Approved HSE Officer status).
