About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures across infrastructure and road construction sites
- Conduct daily site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure safety compliance
- Ensure all site activities adhere to U.A.E. HSE regulations and safety standards
- Investigate incidents and accidents, recommending effective corrective actions
- Deliver safety training, including toolbox talks and site inductions
- Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and essential documentation
- Support the development of risk assessments and method statements
- Coordinate emergency response drills and maintain site preparedness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or a relevant technical qualification
- 3–5 years of HSE experience specifically within construction projects
- Strong knowledge of U.A.E. HSE regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and professional reporting skills
- NEBOSH IGC or IOSH certification is preferred
