HSE Officer

Responsibilities

• Assist the HSE Manager and Senior HSE Officer in daily operations
• Implement the Company’s Integrated Management System (IMS) throughout the project duration
• Ensure all company and subcontractor activities comply with HSE policies and procedures
• Deliver HSE induction courses and toolbox talks to advise personnel of potential hazards
• Execute and assist in the investigation and reporting of accidents, incidents, and near misses
• Take prompt corrective action regarding potential HSE hazards and inform management
• Participate in scheduled meetings, emergency exercises, inspections, and audits
• Respond to reports of non-compliance, unsafe conditions, or accidents
• Follow up on and close out corrective actions arising from operational activities

Requirements

• NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum requirement
• 5 to 10 years of relevant HSE experience within the Oil & Gas field
• Mandatory experience in either Onshore or Offshore environments
• Strong knowledge of international HSE Standards
• Proficiency in written and oral English
• Strong reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• ADNOC approval is highly preferred
