HSE & Occupational Safety Working Student

Responsibilities

• Support the HSE team in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Coordinate the provision of safety equipment and assist with first aid measures
• Maintain up-to-date HSE documentation and develop a digital HSE manual
• Organize and support the implementation of safety workshops and training sessions
• Conduct on-site inspections, safety walks, and photographic documentation
• Create presentations and content related to current HSE topics and health promotion
• Contribute ideas for independent projects regarding ergonomics, emergency plans, or fire protection

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program
• Practical experience in HSE or emergency services (e.g., internships, fire department, or rescue services)
• Proficiency in Office 365; experience with Confluence is a plus
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English
• A hands-on mentality with the ability to work both at a desk and on-site
• Structured, independent, and proactive working style
