HSE Manager

Responsibilities

• Deploy HSE policy with a strong focus on internal employee safety
• Analyze incidents and risk situations to propose concrete action plans
• Conduct audits, ensure regulatory monitoring, and guarantee activity compliance
• Support operational teams in implementing safe practices through field expertise
• Participate in CSSCT and lead safety awareness and training campaigns
• Contribute to investment and layout projects by integrating safety from the design phase

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in HSE / QHSE
• Approximately 10 years of experience in industrial safety
• Experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or agri-food environments preferred
• Deep knowledge of HSE standards (ISO 14001, TMD, B-Corp)
• Proficiency with SAP, Trackwise, Cara, Cornerstone, and Pack Office
