HSE Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver health and safety management reports to clients and stakeholders
• Provide project management support across multiple sites
• Ensure effective health and safety management with a focus on zero incidents
• Report HSE deviations, accidents, and near misses in regular updates
• Conduct safety and quality control audits for compliance
• Raise daily safety observations and follow up on corrective actions
• Prepare monthly safety assessment reports based on site visits and audits
• Manage construction incidents according to Incident Escalation Protocols
• Ensure all personnel complete health and safety inductions
• Perform weekly and monthly safety walks and manage documentation

Requirements

• Degree in HSE, civil engineering, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience with HSE projects
• Knowledge of HSE project management concepts, tools, and techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project Management
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Based in Balikpapan and willing to work on-site in Tabang with a roster schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate or hotel construction
