HSE Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies, procedures, and regulations (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949).
• Conduct primary investigations of EHS issues, including security audits, near-misses, and HSE incidents.
• Manage the site training plan, coordinating job-related and HSE-related training programs.
• Maintain up-to-date training documentation, files, and the competency matrix for all employees.
• Track and administer ‘One Planet’ objectives and support the retention of certifications.
• Update various databases including SAP and Gensuite.
• Support housekeeping initiatives and the 5S program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HSE, HR, or an equivalent field through experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in health, safety, and environmental management.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
• 'Preventie Adviseur' certification or registration is strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in French or German.
• Experience with Gensuite or similar EHS management software.
