HSE Manager

Responsibilities

• Adapt QHSE documentation to Italian regulations and ensure alignment of company procedures with local health, safety, and environmental requirements
• Implement, monitor, and ensure the effectiveness of prevention measures and compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards
• Manage QHSE onboarding, information, and training for internal staff and temporary workers
• Conduct site inspections and audits to verify equipment compliance, procedure adherence, and subcontractor performance
• Manage field reports (dangerous situations, near misses, best practices) and monitor resolution through corrective actions
• Support project managers and site managers in promoting a QHSE culture
• Assume the role of RSPP (Responsabile del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione)
• Organize and conduct emergency drills and promote environmentally friendly practices
• Analyze site incidents and monitor QHSE indicators such as water/energy consumption and waste

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in QSE, Environmental Engineering, Management Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of QHSE experience, preferably in construction or renewable energy sectors
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Availability for frequent travel to various construction sites across Italy
• Fluency in Italian and good proficiency in English
• Strong autonomy, organization, and professional rigor
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit
