HSE Manager

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and monitor the company's QHSE policy
• Guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements and applicable standards
• Manage QHSE management systems and certification processes
• Conduct risk analyses and follow up on associated action plans
• Supervise the treatment of incidents, accidents, non-conformities, and corrective actions
• Lead internal audits and support external audits
• Train and support managers and employees on QHSE issues
• Ensure regulatory monitoring and propose necessary evolutions
• Develop performance indicators and report to management
• Participate in continuous improvement and organizational transformation projects

Requirements

• Master's degree or Engineering degree specialized in QHSE or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in industrial or logistics environments
• Proven experience in managing QHSE management systems and audits
• Mastery of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in risk analysis, audit, and continuous improvement tools
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage change
• Willingness to travel regularly to different company sites
