About the role
Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and monitor the company's QHSE policy
- Guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements and applicable standards
- Manage QHSE management systems and certification processes
- Conduct risk analyses and follow up on associated action plans
- Supervise the treatment of incidents, accidents, non-conformities, and corrective actions
- Lead internal audits and support external audits
- Train and support managers and employees on QHSE issues
- Ensure regulatory monitoring and propose necessary evolutions
- Develop performance indicators and report to management
- Participate in continuous improvement and organizational transformation projects
Requirements
- Master's degree or Engineering degree specialized in QHSE or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in industrial or logistics environments
- Proven experience in managing QHSE management systems and audits
- Mastery of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in risk analysis, audit, and continuous improvement tools
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage change
- Willingness to travel regularly to different company sites
