HSE Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead project and program SH&E specialists in implementing work plans and risk management practices
• Advise project and program managers on conforming to environmental, safety, health, and risk management systems
• Develop site-specific work plans, compliance programs, training programs, and orientation plans
• Audit projects and worksites against corporate standards and submit written audit reports
• Inspect worksites to detect hazards and provide expertise to eliminate or control SH&E risks
• Conduct thorough incident investigations and root cause analyses using defensible protocols
• Perform trend analyses on audit findings, inspection findings, and incident reports
• Represent the company during external regulatory or loss control inspections
• Perform regulatory and best practice SH&E training and maintain training records

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field
• 10+ years of related work experience in the field of Health and Safety
• Proven supervisory or managerial experience
• Saudi National

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
• Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)
• Advanced knowledge of safety-related national consensus standards such as ANSI or NFPA
• Extensive knowledge of health and safety regulations and reporting procedures
