HSE Manager/Occupational Safety Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the HSE management system in accordance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
• Analyze accidents and implement effective practical prevention measures
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety training sessions both nationally and internationally
• Create risk assessments and operational instructions
• Act as a strategic advisor and sparring partner for executives and project teams
• Contribute actively to the overall HSE strategy of the BAUER Group

Requirements

• University degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental/Health Management, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Certified qualification as an Occupational Safety Specialist (DGUV)
• Multi-year professional experience in HSE, ideally within the construction or industrial sectors
• Proven experience with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and audit practices
• Proficiency in both German and English
• High willingness to travel for national and international assignments
