HSE Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's HSE strategy in alignment with Michelin's "All Sustainable" policy
• Protect employee health and safety by deploying proactive risk prevention measures
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a high-performing environmental management system
• Coordinate relations with internal headquarters and external regulatory bodies (e.g., DREAL)
• Manage and develop a team of 5 HSE specialists
• Oversee the HSE budget and optimize resource allocation
• Drive safety and environmental culture through cross-functional projects

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Hygiene, Safety, or Environment
• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience, ideally within an industrial environment
• Strong mastery of HSE regulations
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
