HSE Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop HSE Management System documentation, operational checks, and reports compliant with OHSAS and ISO standards
• Manage and coordinate HSE controllers, including their audit schedules and continuous audit execution
• Investigate the root cause of HSE complaints, accidents, and near misses, reporting results to the HSEQ manager
• Audit work performed under "Safe Work Permits" and assist with Job Safety Analysis implementation
• Conduct regular emergency response exercises and drills to ensure high levels of preparedness
• Prepare weekly and monthly HSE reports, statistics, and performance presentations
• Assist management in the preparation and presentation of field HSE meetings

Requirements

• Saudi National
• Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Chemical Engineering, or an equivalent field
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in the HSE section of a refinery or petrochemical plant
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Strong expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Proficiency with SAP systems
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing people within large organizations

Preferred Qualifications

• Fair knowledge of plant process operations
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance execution management
• Ability to achieve business results within a multi-cultural environment
