Responsibilities

• Coordinate, animate, and pilot the HSE policy defined by the Group within the subsidiary
• Manage a dedicated HSE team consisting of an HSE Trainer and an HSE Monitor
• Ensure driver training in safety, risk prevention, and eco-driving
• Conduct safety inductions for new arrivals
• Pilot field support for drivers through planned or unannounced safety meetings
• Detect and evaluate risk situations and propose preventive and corrective actions
• Lead safety talks on-site and at client locations
• Analyze claims and workplace accidents using root cause analysis (arbre des causes)
• Verify compliance with transport regulations and manage infractions
• Update prevention plans, security protocols, safety registers, and waste registers
• Maintain the DUER (Single Risk Assessment Document) and hardship analysis in compliance with French regulations
• Create and monitor performance indicators to measure HSE results
• Maintain a watch on evolving safety regulations and legislation

Requirements

• BAC+2/3 degree oriented towards QHSE
• Significant first experience in a similar role, ideally in transport or a high-risk sector
• Experience or strong interest in team management
• Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and application software
• Leadership, pedagogical skills, and ability to build consensus
• Ability to work in a team and promote a safety culture
