HSE Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Digital Infrastructure Group safety team to develop risk action plans
• Cultivate HSE awareness and safety culture through training and communication
• Conduct worker risk assessments and provide actionable mitigation recommendations
• Develop and implement HSE processes, procedures, and work instructions
• Monitor compliance with regulations and report on HSE metrics
• Liaise with contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies
• Facilitate incident investigations and lead root cause analysis
• Monitor and follow up on corrective actions and audit findings
• Coordinate HSE training for all personnel
• Maintain meticulous HSE documentation at worksites

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience (Data Center, Oil & Gas, or Heavy Civil preferred)
• Deep technical knowledge of Federal and State HSE regulations
• Proven experience implementing HSE policies in operational environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient computer skills for reporting and HSE management systems
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
• Ability to participate in drug and alcohol programs (safety-sensitive position)

Preferred Qualifications

• University degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering
• Expertise in steel erection, electrical/mechanical safety (NFPA 70E), and earthwork
• Certifications such as CSP, ASP, or CHST
• Experience in high-growth company environments
• Proven ability to drive safety cultural change
