Responsibilities
- Manage Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols for site supervision teams
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations and standards
- Oversee safety implementation on large-scale construction projects
- Lead and communicate safety requirements to project stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an HSE Engineer in large-scale construction projects
- Experience in the energy or power industry preferred
- In-depth knowledge of local and international safety regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Greek
- Proven leadership abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Relevant professional HSE certifications
