HSE Manager - Advanced Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and support to the Project Management Team on ESH matters
• Monitor and verify compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies
• Coordinate ESH aspects of projects including planning, execution, and monitoring
• Identify, assess, and mitigate ESH risks associated with projects
• Develop, review, and update ESH policies and procedures
• Collaborate with project teams to develop project-specific ESH plans, hazard assessments, and emergency response plans
• Provide ESH training and awareness programs for team members, contractors, and stakeholders
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance
• Investigate ESH incidents, near misses, and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
• Develop and track ESH performance metrics and report to stakeholders
• Communicate ESH information and project updates to employees, contractors, regulators, and the community

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Occupational Health & Safety
• 5–10 years in HSE with experience in industrial, manufacturing, or EPC projects
• Strong skills in audit, compliance monitoring, and reporting
• Effective stakeholder management skills involving contractors, regulators, and internal teams
