HSE Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project quality, cost, statutory, safety, and environmental requirements
• Coordinate construction projects including progress, logistics, and client relations
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, architects, and consultants
• Monitor site labor, materials, and plant resources against project budgets
• Implement master programs and manage manpower and material schedules
• Ensure proper safety conduct and standards for all site operations
• Facilitate progress meetings, site inspections, and project reporting
• Manage other consultants and the professional team

Requirements

• Degree in construction, project management, or a similar field
• Minimum 10 years of experience on large international construction projects in Asia
• Experience managing contractors in pre and post-contract stages
• Experience managing tendering processes preferred
• Proven ability to lead large multi-disciplined construction teams
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English
