About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure all Valeo Group requirements are identified, established, and implemented
- Carry out risk analysis and monitor regulatory surveys
- Perform inspections and internal audits, providing recommendations and specifying implementation actions
- Assist in monitoring and implementing actions related to non-compliance found during audits
- Update and complete Safety Data Sheets, ergonomic assessments, and PPE assessments
- Review and update Safety and Environmental work instructions
Requirements
- Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related occupational safety field
- Or a recent graduate (April/May 2025) from one of these programs
- Knowledge of equipment lockout/tagout, chemical safety, and OSHA/EPA regulations is preferred
