About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily safety inspections on construction sites to identify unsafe acts and hazardous conditions
- Ensure all workers are using proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Report incidents, near misses, and safety violations to management
- Assist in accident investigations and root cause analysis
- Enforce compliance with site-specific HSE rules and regulations
- Support risk assessments and safety training initiatives to maintain a safe working environment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of HSE experience specifically within the construction industry
- Diploma or basic qualification in HSE or a related field
- Mandatory IOSH certificate
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and risk management practices
- Good understanding of site safety protocols and reporting procedures
- Physically fit and capable of working on-site in Dubai
