HSE Inspector – Industrial

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the implementation of HSE standards within assigned areas of responsibility
• Conduct comprehensive HSE inspections and follow up with responsible parties to close out findings
• Advise employees and contractors on HSE requirements and applicable standards to ensure safe operations
• Participate in HSE risk assessments and recommend effective control measures
• Conduct toolbox talks and other relevant HSE training sessions
• Carry out accident and incident investigations to identify root causes and implement preventive measures

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• NEBOSH Award-level H&S qualification or a similar internationally recognized qualification
• Basic First Aid certification
• Basic Firefighting or Fire Warden certification
• Approximately 4 years of related experience in a manufacturing, oil and gas, or industrial setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher diploma
• Experience using HSE computer-based applications
